We just read a study out of Goldsmiths, University of London that claims: “regularly experiencing live music is the key to building a long-standing improvement to well-being”. They based this on tests run against participants psychometric and heart rate whilst experiencing music live which showed improvement of up to 75% in mental stimulation.
